Coming Back Home...

Once again it was a glorious day and it was a shame to leave the seaside for the littered streets of Walsall, but all in all we had a lovely weekend away!

Before setting home I decided to ask Kirtie to take a few shots of my outfit for my blog, since I had pretty much forgotten to take any the entire weekend! She decided to take this task on quite literally, and has asked me that I state the fact that these were taken by Kirstie Allen Photography, she's insane. As you can see she got a bit carried away and even got into the cliché Photographer role, I played along and did some silly model poses, as seen below!

I AM WEARING
|Vintage Skirt- Cow Birmingham |Beatles Top- Topshop |Hat - Newlook | Bag-Primark|

I appear to have a £3 skirt trend going on! I remember when I first purchased it a while back from COW, and I can almost remember my face when I saw how lovely it was, and then my face dropped further when I saw that it cost a mere £3! BLOODY BARGAIN!

As you can see I am practically glued to this bag and can't seem to leave home without it! When it does eventually break or fall apart on me, I will mourn.

A Weekend In Blackpool

We chose the perfect weekend to go to Blackpool for my friends 22nd birthday! If we would have gone the weekend before, or the weekend after, it would have rained. but instead we went on the hottest weekend ever! resulting in some pretty pink skinned pictures of myself, but also some very happy sunny photos :)

We spent the first day dipping our feet in the not so clean sea's of Britain, we witnessed dogs and donkeys wee-ing, and also some random foreigners who were playing with a watermelon in the water. Nice. We didn't keep our feet in the water for long.

We waked around, we ate ice-creams and burnt. HERE ARE SOME OF THE PHOTOS!!

Dress- Ancient - Boohoo
Bag- Primark
Shoes- Newlook
Lennon Glasses-Vintage fair
Hard to believe this is in England.
Blackpool Tower, Having work done on it...

Ferris Wheel :)
We had a few drinks in our hotel room before setting out, I feel that this is the best opportunity to unveil the 2nd new skirt I brought, kind of like the sequel to my blog post "I BROUGHT 2 NEW SKIRTS!"

Isn't it just lovely?

Just a tad drunk in the hotel room.

THIS IS WHAT I WORE TO GO OUT & GET DRUNK! :)

Skirt - H&M SALE- £3!
Blouse - Primark - £6
Shoes - Primark Sale - £6
Socks- Primark - £1.50
Necklace- Primark

Another cheap outfit created by me, I think it would pain me to think I paid over £50 for an outfit, I don't think so mate. £20 is like, the limit! I think I should be like, a personal shopper for poor people :)

UNTIL NEXT TIME!! :)

Jumping in the garden!

I must apologise for my lack of Bllogging, I have been non stop working, which I suppose is good. More hours=more money=more shopping <3 but as a result of this I have been so tired that all I have done inbetween work is eat and sleep. exciting.

I have however spent my entire shift dressing up the mannequins on Topshop! I cannot even put into words the excitement that came over me! I absoloutly love dressing the mannequins, and on Topshop? I felt like I was in HEAVEN! My talents are wasted being on tills! I am a creative person, and I need to let my creativity out! I think having this opportunity has only showed everyone how passionate I am about fashion and how creative I can be! Fingers crossed that they let me dress more in the future! I am going to try and get some photographs on the sly of what concoctions I came up with!

I did however mustle up enough energy to take some photos in my garden. These were taken last week, you know, when we actually had some decent weather, and when I actually did have a day off! I decided to be silly, and Jump in my garden. This was the outcome...

Quite a big jump that :L
Kind of funny air running.

Stag Leap :')

Think I got tired at this point. Time for a sit down.

I think this is an excellent time to introduce you to my lovely bag. One of my purchases from my shopping trip the other week. I was meant to be budgeting, but I just couldnt resist buying this ontop of everything else! and it was sucha bargain I couldn't say no! EVERYONE that sees me with this bags comments on how lovely it is, i must say I am loving the bad envy ;) before I tell you any more about it, take a look at this, and see if you can guess how much I paid for it, and where it was from? GO ON! GUESS!!!!

IT WAS ONLY BLOODY £5 IN THE SALE AT PRIMARK!

BARGAIN!!

How on earth could I resist?

I'M OFF TO HAVE A NAP!

HOPE YOU ARE ALL WELL!!

PEACE OUT!

Sunny Days Faded Away...

The Sun came and went pretty quickly!! But I did get quite a few summery photo's snapped whilst the sun lasted!

I have actually got quite a few blogs lined up, which should be entitled things such as 'here comes the sun' & 'Summery-ness!' However if I post blogs with such titles I will be lying to my self, as it is no longer summer, we had our week, it will be snowing again in no time!

I went shopping with my friend the other week, since I had a day off and haven't really been shopping for AGES! I've been naughty though really, went a bit over budget, and I've been so good all month! maybe I should just avoid shopping?

Saying that one of my friends is allowing me to "indie" her up, and I am going to be able to dress her and make her listen to decent music! A bit like my own little doll! Which I shall thoroughly enjoy!

SO this is what I wore to go shopping, and of course I had just enough time to have a quick photo shoot in the garden before setting off! :)

Plus my straw hat I had last year got a bit squished when I packed it in my suitcase and is now slightly deformed. I had to wear it for the entire journey home :) I also had a milkshake. nom.

I'm not going to show you everything I brought, otherwise you'd have nothing to look forward to on my next blog now would you? ;)

Hope you are all okay!

What my kids will look like.

I always joke about how my children will be mini versions of me. I'll have them listening to all my favourite bands and shaping them to become miniature hippy-indie-kooky-type-things. Awesome.

Occasionally I like to test this out on my nieces by dressing them up strangely, as seen in this blog post HERE
and buying them clothes such as these, shown in this blog HERE

But today I got to dress them up properly! like miniature me's!

Firstly I found this top in H&M and I literally gasped, dropped what I was holding and picked up the top, I think I may have even drooled slightly. At this I turned to my sister and said "I HAVE to buy this for the kids!!" I've also instructed her to keep the tops for when the kids grow out of them, so I can keep them until I eventually have little people. I don't care if that may even be 10 years from now, I will store these tops for as long as needed so that I can have these tops for my kids!

My sister told me I was "ALOUD" to dress the kids like me for the day and I instructed her on what to bring round. I told the kids how beautiful hey both looked and persuaded them to have a little photo shoot in my garden. This was the outcome...

I was very tempted to put my own Beatles top and a floral skirt on and join in the photo fun!

I have to say though, I don't feel that sorry for my future kids, as they are going to look bloody awesome!!

UNTIL NEXT TIME!!

PEACE <3
